Transfer a user from one Organization to another (Import Export)

I have a 17 organizations of Dynamic CRM 2011.

I want to create a user in one organization and then import it to the other 16, i am avoiding having to recreate the same user again and again in all these organization.

Please give me clear instructions on how to export/import a user from one organization to another.

I was using XRMToolBox , as shown bellow, but it does not work.

Hi,

You are with OnPrem orgs, right?

Are those orgs using the same Active Directory? If yes you should try to use this plugin from XrmToolBox:

You connect to the source org, extract the list of users, then you connect to the target org and import the list, but you need to confirm then the BusinessUnit id's, etc that is on the xml file that is exported.

It give me the following error:

Please assist on how i need to edit the .XML file to include the teamtype attribute for "Team"
