error creating Record in Table

Hi we do have a strange error when we create a customer.

There comes up a message (I think it is from the database) that the customer cannot be created because it already existing. BUT it is not.

When I do a full CIL and try it again I can create the customer BUT only 1. with the next one I get the same error back again...doing another fullCIL I can create again 1 customer.

Any idea how I can get rid of this strange behaviour?

Hi,

Can you tell us if there are customizations and what exact settings you have for the customer account and global address book number sequences?

Do you also have this issue when someone with a system administrator role performs this task?

yes there are customizations but this like a all time request. who cares about because it is working once after a full cil and then stops until the next fullCIL.
AND in 2 other systems, having the same code it works without any problems.

It occurs for ALL users in this system...doesn't matter if Admin or not

I already did and it crashes on super() call in the insert method.

but there are no violations of indexes (no matter which table is touched)

I checked everything 100 times, checked the SystemSequences table in SQL server

Everything is fine.
