Hello, I work for a company who sells general goods, some of which has restrictions on the customer age. For example alcoholic drinks can only be sold to people over the age of 18.
What I need, is for when the cashier scans one of these items at the till, a pop up appears which requires them to select either:
"Customer is clearly over 18"
"Customer has ID"
or "No ID Provided"
Ideally if the last option is selected then the product in question should be removed from the transaction.
Any ideas of how to do this? I have heard infocodes might be the way forward bu I am looking for some clarification on this

You need to store customer details like birthdate ,based on that calculates age and provide validation. If they don't have ID then ask them birthdate and validate the same.
I think it is related to LS retail...
