Marketing Analytics/Reports with PowerBI in RTM

Dear Community
 
we would like to build datasets using Dataverse Data and behavioural Data (email opens, etc).
 
However, this requires a PowerBI Premium/Fabric Capacity, which has a price point of ~5.000 USD per MONTH. That very costly if you have this as only use case for premium capacities...
 
Does anyone know another way of accessing the data from the marketing service?
In outbound marketing it was possible to export those to blob storage: Prepare for analytic reporting with Power BI - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn
But this seems to only work for outbound marketing.
 
Any idea is welcome!
