Add a new resource

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to add a new resource in the field service. In the section "Common", in the fields "Start Location" and "End Location" I choose "Resource Address", but I get this error:

The latitude or longitude for the Contact record associated with this resource is invalid. Please provide a valid latitude and longitude and then set the start and end location for this resource again.
If you contact support, please provide the technical details.

I don't what did I wrong? Can you please help me!

Hi

it sounds like you have setup a resource with the type of contact, If you go to the contact record it is linked to and then select "Geo Code"

then add the address and select "Change"

Remember to save your record

Thank you mark. Actually you are right, if I create the resource with contact I can fix this error with geo code. But how is it when I setup a resource with a type of user?

you need to do the same thing with the user record and Geo Code that user
