User (Resource) Date / Schedule not showing up accurate on Field Service Mobile Application

Greetings All,

Trying to get the basic out of the box Field Service Mobile application to work for a user. Apparently, the user is set up in Central US Time Time Zone.

However, the app displays the "booking" for the specific work order 5 hours earlier. Any guidance is appreciated.

I guess, my ask is how do I go about fixing this? I would like to have the FSMobile app to show the same time as the Work Order on the Schedule Board.

Also make sure the Schedule Board and personal user Time Zone settings are the same as well

By default all times are stored in UTC and displayed to the end user based on his/her timezone. That display also depends on the timezone on the device, i.e. the device running the FS App. If your dispatcher and the schedule board are Central Time, and the mobile device is also set to  Central Time, you should see the booking with correct timing.

Thank you both Thomas and Alexander. That worked. I had to have the Schedule Board to my time zone, although I was seeing the board in my time zone. It worked.

    Thanks Again.
