Genereal Journal Approval Workflow Not Storing Names In History

We put in and approval workflow for General Journal entries and it is not storing users in the Reported as ready by, Approved by or Rejected by fields. We can view the activity by going to Workflow>View history, but that doesn't seem to be available anywhere as a data entity we can report off of.

Any idea what we need to do to get the names in the journal history to populate?

Hi,

This is not for WF. That is updated if journal setup require approval which is not WF.
