Hi,
I'm developing a plugin for D365 but when I try to register it for my online instance it says that my account does not exist even if I leave it blank and the it opens another window for authentication. Can you please help me? I'm working online with this "onmicrosoft.it" account.
Any help would be very appreciated.
Just to be clear, here attached the two errors in both cases...
Or you have to provide the correct region (Azure data center) or check within your company if your permissions are sufficient to complete this task.

- I created the account myuser@mycompany.onmicrosoft.it
- I can access "portal.office.com" with my myuser@mycompany.onmicrosoft.it and password
- I can't register my plugin, I don't know the reason. I need account assistance, can you help me?
Is there a Dynamics 365 and/or PowerApps subscription active on the mycompany.onmicrosoft.it domain? If you created the domain yourself, then it might be related to Microsoft subscriptions which could be probably on the mycompany.it domain.
