Hi,

We are testing the Credit Functionality in FO and am wondering if anybody may know why all FTI's for an account don't show in the list? Is there a setting or something on the FTI that needs to be there or access setting somewhere?

I was trying to post a credit against FTI-152152 and when I use Credit Invoicing it is not there to select. I sorted my FTI list Z to A which has the newest FTI at the top and there have been several posted after May that are not in the list. Why would they not be there if they are posted and verified to be on this account.

Any help is appreciated

Hi,

I am not sure which list you mean, although I have an idea. Could you please share a screenshot of the path and\or screenshot you expect the FTI to be listed?

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

In general, in order to correct a FTI, this is the way to go for it - just to be sure you covered it :)

Correct a free text invoice - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

To your case now. Is your Free Text invoice, that you expect to have in the list posted AND is it the same customer?

If you check the filters in the list, it filters by not empty invoice, ie. posted invoices and it shows only invoices with the same customer you selected from the free text list page.

Yes, the FTI is posted. Isn't that how it gets the FTI #? When you post it?) Yes it is under that same account and is not appearing in the list.

I think it will show FTI's which belongs to selected customer on that invoice.

I should show all FTI's posted to the Customer Account but it doesn't and yes, there may be scenarios where the original FTI was partially paid.

Hi,

I tried the scenario in version 40, I was able to select the posted FTI under credit invoicing.

Can you check if any customization or you can raise a ticket with Microsoft.
