These are standard objects (reserved range from MS). You need to import them via fob not txt.

You don't have permission to create objects in standard license range < 50000, if that object did not exist in your database if you are trying to create them then you will get that eror. You need to use .fob to import those objects not .txt.

    Can you show the error?

The Application Builder granule gives access to modify existing codeunit objects for which you are licensed (except for codeunits that update protected tables). Additionally, this granule gives access to C/AL code in table objects and form and page objects for which you are licensed. The Application Builder granule allows you to create 100 new codeunit objects (numbered from 50,000 through 50,099). The granule also allows you to import and export objects in Text format. However, only objects for which you are licensed. The Application Builder granule does not give access to modify XML Port objects. The XML Port Designer granule is required for this.

The following granules are prerequisites for the Application Builder granule: Table Designer, Form and Page Designer, Report and Dataport Designer.

The Solution Developer granule gives access to modify all objects for which you are licensed, including those objects that update protected tables. The Solution Developer granule gives access to the Upgrade Toolkit and the Transformation Tool and enables you to use the menu options Translate/Export and Translate/Import in the Object Designer.

The Application Builder granule is a prerequisite for the Solution Developer granule.
