Un/masking subscription lists according to a field value

Hello guys!

We would like to dynamically display subscription lists in a marketing form according to a value in that form. Clearly, we want the customer to select a value (X or Y) first from a field. If they choose X, only the subscription list X will be displayed on the form. They will be able to subscribe or unsubscribe only from that list. Have you ever tried something similar or would you suggest anything to try to get that result?

Thanks!

    Hi,

    It cannot be done OOTB.

Here is the only OOTB way to change a value based on the value of another field.

    Cascading form fields

But it is only available for two multiselect options or option set (radio button) fields and will not hide the options.

Maybe you can achieve it by adjusting the HTML of the form but there are no existing examples of this.
