Does anyone know what exact privilege(s) within a security role allow access to time-off approval?
Hello,
Would you be able to expand on how specifically you are doing your time-off approvals? For example are you using employee self service Timecards with workflow, or are you keying time off directly into the payroll batch?
If I can have more details and the window or exact process that you are using to approve time off, I can certainly look into this further for you.

I have a user that has the Field-Service Resource role, however, he is unable to approve time-off request. When clicking on the active request, the Approve button does not populate. I even tried assigning the Field-Service Admin role, but that did not populate the Approve button either.
I believe this was entered under the wrong product forum as this doesn't appear to be a Microsoft Dynamics GP window. Which Dynamics product are you using when attempting to do this task?
