license issue in ax 2012

Hi everyone, 

today we are facing a licensing situation which we never faced before. first AX throws below error.

then after restarting service, AX is running fine but Dates in GL and also while creating new journal entries don't go beyond 12/1/2006.

while looking at the license it is showing ending date with 12/1/2006. how we got this error today? and how to remidiate this.

and also we have another AOS instance which has stopped working and is showin below error in event log,

    All the issues you mentioned are consequences of not having a valid license. You'll need to load a valid one.
