Scheduler board which takes into account the work hour template of the work order

Hello,

It's possible on a work order to add a /Work Hour Template/.
In the scheduler Board, I would like that when assigning a work order, the system proposes the available resources while taking into account the availability of the /Work Hour Template/ associated with the WO.
I checked in the scheduler Board setting, but this query isn't standard. Is it possible to adapt one of them to take care of it ?

Thanks in advance !

Assigning the Work Hour Template to the Work Order will set the resource requirement calendar with the time zone and availability.

The Schedule Assistant matches the requirement and resource availability to bring the resource availability slots.

However, Field Service will only set the Resource Requirement Calendar on the Work Order creation, so the calendar won't be changed if the Work Hour Template is updated.

    Hi,

Our team analyzed your problem and based on the information you provided, our team thinks you may need to switch query or customize query

You can switch the query by following these steps

Step1, go to Field Service and select Schedule Board.

Step2, click Settings button, click All Board Settings, click Edit Defaults.

Step3, click Work Order tab and select the query you want to modify.
