I have recently implemented a structured discount list & in the quote entity whilst the discounts are calculating correctly, they are now showing up as a discount in the line item if they are calculated based on the discount list rules.
In the attached you can see that a discount is applied & shows on the quote line/page, but on the summary page, only shows if the discount is added manually.
Likewise, this is what pulls through to a Word based client quote template, so whilst the final value on the quote is correct, the discounts are not which is confusing to say the least.
I am very new to this & have inherited 'ownership' of Dynamics in the business, so not great at this troubleshooting!
