how to see a history of environment updates in business central

Is there a way for me to identify/show the MS specific version updates to an environment in Business Central? Going all the way back to v18.0.

    Maybe you can see it in AppInsight if that has been activated all the time. But if not you can not find that information.

    But there should be no way to track past records.
