Staggered time on customer journey

I'd like to deploy a customer journey to 10K people, but i'd like the emails to deploy from 10am across 3 hours, is there a way the emails can be staggered so they don't all deliver at the same time?

We do this using the splitter and wait timers. My journey looks like this:

Are you referring to contacts not receiving mail at the same time?
