how to change vendor ID in D365? Is it possible?
If its not possible how to transfer all vendor transaction to another vendor ID?

You can read my blog for changing the primary key. It also gives some additional information for your considerations.

Why it is sometimes not recommended? Renaming can be time consuming. If there are related tables with wrong table relations, some tables might be skipped and you can easily create inconsistencies in your database; resulting in "data loss" on forms.
Before you change the primary key, test it very carefully in a separate environment and check all related tables for consistency.

Please put the supplier account on hold and create a new one especially if you have already recorded transactions against this supplier account.

We always been told by technical architect, this is not recommended.
Till date, no issue we faced, talk t your developer and then go ahead.

Why do you want to change Id?
Yes it is possible but not recommended.
Select the vendor-- go to options from action pane-- record info-- rename.
