I am relatively new to this software and i have the task of exporting the data below for the whole fiscal year, but I find it hard to identify which tables i need to add to get the required fields. Could someone help me?
general ledger account number
account type (mechanically / manually)
description / text
posting date
document type
debit amount in local currency (or
amount with debit/credit sign)
credit amount in local currency (or
amount with debit/credit sign)
VAT key and amount
entry date and time
key or name of the person responsible for the posting
overview of the system users
posting number (document number)
document type
manual or systematic posting
foreign currency key and amount
document date
reverse indicator
periodic allocation
reversal account number

Hi,
This data should be available in the GL voucher inquiry form.
Some of the fields are not available in the overview tab but you can personalize the fields that are shown there and export the data to Excel simply by selecting CTRL + T.
Before doing that double check the number of records that you want to export.
You mentioned that you want to export the data for the whole year.
I do not know how many transactions are posted but remember that Excel has only approx. 1 mio rows available and that an export of more than 100k rows will take long time and slow down the performance of your system.
