Is it possible to change the email address of surveys?

Hi Community!

While using Customer Voice, I noticed that by default surveys are available at a URL starting with: "">customervoice.microsoft.com/.../". Is it possible to change this URL to some other custom URL?

Hi Partner,

Yes it is possible to add custom domains and then use custom email address as a Sender in Customer Voice.

Logon to portal.office.com

Navigate to Settings->Org Settings->Services->Dynamics 365 Customer Voice

Add your domain , validate the email address and it would appear in Customer Voice Sender Email Address drop down.
