How do i look up members of a specific segment in advanced find?

Hello!

I would like to know how to use Advanced Find to look up contacts in a specific segment? i know you can do a similar search with a marketing list, but is it possible to do it with segment?

I get no result doing this search, is there something im doing wrong or are there any better ways to look up segment contacts in Advanced Find?

The reason i want to do this is because i would like to create a static segment from a customer journey with hard bounces and delete the contacts.

Hi partner,

Do you want to find a contact in a segment with a special condition?

I searched using the same conditions as you and got results successfully. Please make sure you have values in your “test” segment.

Result:

If you want to find a contact with a special condition in the segment, you can add a special condition field on the contact forms, and then add it when doing advanced search.
