"For the best experience" warning bar

Every time users of our model driven app launch they see this warning:

"For the best experience viewing this content, open it in a specific application"

When they click "Choose an App" its empty.

Anyone know how to fix or prevent this bar from coming up? Only seeing it for certain users which I thought was tied to them being international users, but we have users within the US also seeing it. I don't see this prompt when I view the model driven app.

They are using new browsers and our environment is in the US region.

Only resource I found was: Enable Unified Interface Only - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs

and I toggled the "show legacy app" setting in the env, but that didn't fix anything. The link we are sending out is the URL from the home tab of the app.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

So I saw that article (the only one on this warning message I could find) and I'm not using a URL link from an email - I'm simply using the URL of the model driven app to launch it.

No workflows or generated emails are providing us a link so I'm not sure what solution you are referencing in your reply that I should be trying?
