iPad View Scrolling

Posted on by 75

Hi,

Recently a customer has started using the Dynamics 365 App on the iPad with the Unified Interface.

According to the Microsoft User Guide, when working with Views on the App, it should be possible to scroll down the page in order to load the next page of records.
This replaces the usual left / right "Page" option presented in the web UI.

However, on both the iPad and Surface Apps, the app is just displaying the loading icon when the user tries to scroll down the View. It never actually refreshes with the next page full of records.

Tapping on any of the A to Z links a the bottom of the View will take the user to the records in the View (eg: G).

We're working over WiFi on a good internet connection, so it isn't a network issue.

The Views work fine in the iPhone app when connecting to the same organization.

Has anyone come across this issue before, or have any suggestions on how it can be fixed?

Thanks
Bob
