I have a requirement to add new Lost Reason to our CRM but although I have added it and published it does not show in the list when closing an Opportinity?
I have added my new value to both the Opportunity / statuscode and the new Opportunity Close / opportunitystatuscode
Neither of these work, is there a current bug?
Brilliant, thank you. I have set this up in the statuscode of opportunity and opportunitystatuscode of Opportunity Close but they had different 'Labels'.
I have now matched the labels and I can see the option.

Hi Graham,
The value you added to the statuscode of opportunity and opportunitystatuscode of Opportunity Close should be same.
If you add custom values to a Status Reason field against a state (Won/Lost) in the Opportunity entity, you must add the same custom value to the special attribute OpportunityStatusCode on the Opportunity Close entity manually and vice versa.
