Insert multiple knowledge base articles in an email

Hi All,

Can anyone advise how to insert multiple KB articles into an email?

At the moment I can only attach one, save the email, open the next KB article, copy it, the re-open the email and paste .

Is there a better way of doing this?

    Hi,

    you can keep on insert the article, but one at the time, this is out of box functionality. Else you might to build a html , and apply the logic yourself such as user can select multiple articles at a time and copy and paste into body email, which is very complicated.
