Balance column on powerapps

Hello, I need to calculate the balance in a data table displayed on a PowerApps screen. What is the best way? Any suggestion?
Here below is a copy of my table, and a print of my scenario.
The table items have a formula that filters the account selected in a gallery above. Does anyone know what formula or path I should use to get this balance?

NOTE: (values can be added between existing lines, which requires the balance to be automatically recalculated according to the inclusion of entries, however it cannot be changed as the user uses date or name filters)

If it were an Excel spreadsheet, it would just add the value of this column in the previous line with the value of the column next to it. Something like /=B1+A2/
