MFA prompt every one or two days

Good morning, many colleagues tell me that every one or max 2 days they are asked to enter the MFA even if they have selected "Stay Connected".

This happens since we upgraded Dynamics365 to version 10.0.22.

In fact, as long as you browse other pages of the 365 suite (which use the same dynamics365 account) the MFA is requested every 90 days.

Specific that every user uses the same device every day.

    hi!

    Could you please provide some more details about version deployed? Is this happening over the webapp, mobile app?  Have you deployed Wave 2-2022?

    In these kind of scenarios, you might want to open a request to Microsoft Support to have a better understanding of the issue and the cause.

    We have verified with our escalation engineering team and identified reported issue is a product bug and fix will be released in PU50 (10.0.26) version.

    Now we are at 10.26 but we have again the problem. 

    We have been waiting for a fix for months. Not happy at all with Microsoft.

    Every days we have coleagues arguing with us IT about this problem.

    Update about bug resolution from Microsoft I received:

    "Do note that we are actively collaborating and monitoring the work item with both teams and an update would be provided as soon as it becomes available.

    However, the ETA is for January 23, 2023 "

    Hey Pier!

    Now you have an interesting bit of data (ETA).  You should also be able to follow up over email with the Support engineer, or open a new support request mentioning the previous one, in order to follow up.
