Hi,

we have a requirement as per the following:

1. When a case is created the postcode from the contact record is added to the Case record via Microsoft Flow

2. The next step in the process is for our call handlers to create a referral to 1 or more external organisations based on the location of the postcode

3. We have an entitiy containing the postcode and the organisation to refer to

4. Due to Data quality issues we want the list of organisations to only show those relating to the postcode added to the Case

5. The referral has a 1:many relationship to the case

6. I don't know the SDK yet - how easy is it to pass the postcode to the referral and then have a view to only lookup the orgainsations relating to that postcode?

It is easy to filter lookup. If you can google "filter lookup in dynamics crm" , you will get loads of inputs. What I don't understand is, how it is linked to USD?
