see here, till 31-12-2020 our time sheet is calculating it's normal hours , OT etc. but from 01.01.2021 it not working means caculating. any one can suggest ?

You showed an Excel file. Can you show the same issue on a Dynamics 365 form? That will help understand where the data is coming from.

Please check the following:
1) ProjectModule/Setup/Timesheets/TimesheetPeriodTypes
Please ensure that they are setup for 2021 by selecting the type and then hitting the period button to check
2) Human Resources/Employee Setup
Please check the project tab and there the project setup form to ensure that your employees have a period code assigned
3) Same as 2) but click the period status button and check that the periods for 2021 are correctly setup.

It looks as if the working time is not correctly / completely setup for 2021.
Can you check your calendars and timesheet period types and create the missing periods?
