Team Foundation Server Error

After following the instruction in Version Control Parameters for Team Foundation, I get the following error.

"Cloud not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Client, Version=9.0.0.0,Cluture=neutral,PublicKeyToken = b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of it's dependencies, The system cannot find the file specifed."

How do I fix this issue? Is this a problem in Dynamics AX or an issue on the Team Foundation server?

    Dynamics AX 2009 uses the assemblies for TFS 2008. You are probably using TFS 2010.

    What you need to do is install TFS 2008 explorer (=visual studio client), with SP1. Then, install the "forward compatibility" patch for TFS 2008. This will make the 2008 assemblies available to Dynamics AX 2009, but the forward compatibility patch will allow it to connect to a TFS 2010 in the background.
