    Hi Vijay,

Looks like you have already added the dimension fields to the entity. You can add these fields to "Selected fields" and then click on Update.

You can click on "Done" after adding the field to the excel sheet. Post this, you will need to refresh the excel sheet to look at the existing data

    Hi Vijay,

Did you add the field to the staging table related to the entity as well?

I tried adding fields in staging table but it is not working.

    That all -

I tried one more thing which is giving me the fields in excel, added relation as shown below
and dragged Dimension field into entity.

but i think this is not the correct way.

    Hi Vijay,

The last way which you tried would be the correct way. If you look at the existing DefaultDimension field in FreeTextInvoiceLineEntity, it has the property Access modifier set to "Private".

    pastedimage1645033562572v1.png

We have "DimensionSetEntity" joined to CustInvoiceLine and the field DisplayValue of this entity is the mapped field "DefaultDimensionDisplayValue".

    pastedimage1645033606667v2.png

You should join the same entity to CusInvoiceLine just like you have done as per your screenshot. You can set the access modifier on the entity field "MTICPDimension" to Private and add the DisplayValue field to the entity extension. The dimension field should be available to you in the excel add-in after this.

    Thanks for the help.
I am able to see dimensions in one column as shown in below screen. but i want to show in separate column just like defaultDimension.

Finding standard code to check how they are populating dimensions in separate column, will come back.

    Hi Vijay,

Based on the screenshot, I think the customizations are done as per this link.

I don't think this will work with the new field in the existing entity. I couldn't get that to work as I had a similar requirement a few months back. Your only option might be to create a new data entity to show the individual dimension fields.
