    Hi,

I recommend you to check if the Network Domain is correct and if the user was imported from the Active Directory. This is the location of the form: [Company Name]/Administration/Administration Area > Common Forms > Users form

    Hi Leticia,

Thanks for replying. I've tried the method u mentioned but sadly it doesn't work. I import all my AD users into AX users form then set roles n groups from there. However, it doesn't help. I'm able to hook them up with roles in olap but im not able to give them auto connect. My main account (the administrator account) works fine. Just the rest. Any other solutions for it? Thank you

    hi ,

Check if your AX EP is using Windows Authentication. or The role for those users doesn't have KPIs in role centre.

     Are you using Kerveros authenticaion?

    Hi Androis,

Are you using IIS 6 or IIS 7?

How many servers are you using in the environment?

Hi, One procedure you can do in test environment, I did it and got success. Uninstall "Internet Enhancement Security" from the add remove program. If your pc doesn't have this feature then internet explorer or other browsers would not prompt to you for id and password never at the time of opening Role Center/EP or Reporting Service. Note: If role center is not work after uninstalling of "Internet Enhancement Security" then reinstall .net framework 3.5 again. Do not attempt it in the live server at initial.

    Hi Rajdip,

Yap it's disabled but it doesn't help.

Anyway thanks guys. i've figured out, turns out i did not set the iis correctly.

Btw a new problem surfaced. when i tried to login using another pc with only client installed, it prompts me for username n password twice, like wat happened mentioned on top. wat happened on top was on single machine. now im facing >1 machine. any avdvice? tq :)

Prompting twice log in means one for DAX log in and another for SQL Server log in. If you have role center/Analysis Service or reporting service then you will be prompted for twice. I faced same problem and then uninstall the internet enhancement security feature. After completing this procedure then the prob was solved. If your option is showing disable then I think your logged in user doesn't have admin right. Log in with admin user then you find the option enable. Check it...
