Missing Capacity Reservation

We are having some issues where planned work orders are missing capacity reservations.

So far we have not been able to see a pattern in the work ordres that are missing capacity reservations, but it seams to be a increasing issue. As it can be seen below here there are 2 planned work orders for the same product, one has capacity reservation (Marked in red) the other does not.

2019_2D00_04_2D00_30_5F00_07_2D00_56_2D00_33.png

Below the planned work order missing it's capacity reservation:

2019_2D00_04_2D00_30_5F00_07_2D00_52_2D00_14.png

Below the production with correct capacity reservations:

2019_2D00_04_2D00_30_5F00_07_2D00_57_2D00_55.png

There is no difference in setup, route or BOM for the 2 planned work orders, only the amount is different.

So any idea what might be the issue here ?

    Hi Brian,

I am having the same problem but in D365 Finance and Operations. Did you find a solution to how to get data on capacity reservations form? Please share the solution if you have known. The link to my post is community.dynamics.com/.../350177

    Immediate help is much appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Neeta

Do you have a capacity time fence - if so then what value is set?

    Hi,

Are you saying about the Capacity time fence on Master plan setup form? If yes, then earlier I had set it to 100 and still had no results so I have set it to zero now.

    Thank you,

    Neeta

If its zero then you will not see capacity for planned orders. Tim had a blog on this -  which you can see in this community post https://community.dynamics.com/365/financeandoperations/b/timsaxblog/archive/2016/05/08/hide-planned-order-capacity-reservations-in-dynamics-ax-2012
