How to use Case in the import file of electronic reporting

Dear experts,
I want to use the GTS Import format (Aisino) (CN) format in the system to import data.

How to indicate whether the record type in the Text file is Invoice or other in the Case node?
I couldn't find any parameters to set the condition for record type
What values should be set in the import file for invoice?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi,
    Case function can be used as IF.
    Please click on "Map to format model" to define rules for importing file.
    In this case there is filter for "Invoice" that is mapped to Root definition:
    WHERE(format.ImportFileAisino.Main.Invoices,
    format.ImportFileAisino.Main.Invoices.Choose.Invoice.IsMatched)

    Thank you for your reply.
    I want to know what value should be set in the imported file. Then Choose.Invoice.IsMatched will return True.

    Hi,
    As I mentioned earlier, there is already a filter in place to retrieve values from Invoices, provided that data exists. The condition currently used

    Also, please make sure to verify this condition at the Designer level, as this is where it will be evaluated during the import process.
    Do you need clarification over case function here?

    Thank you for your reply.
    I will try using the following file as the import file

    I tried to upload the previous import file through the window below
    The previous data could not be recognized in the results

    Hi Hu Ethan,

    It looks like the file you’re working with doesn't contain values in the correct order. I’ve tested using the following example, and it works as expected:

    N~~Y~~I~~Code1     ~~25441769~~ ~~07122025~~07~~CNMF-000046~~OTHERVAL

    Please ensure that a value is provided for the "Other" field, as it’s required for successful processing.

    Here’s the output I received after testing:
    <Root>

        <Item0>

25441769

CNMF-000046

        </Item0>

    </Root>
