How to enable sending of Email in Dynamic Marketing

Hi all,

i have signed up a Dynamic marketing trial and i would like to do some test by sending out emails

i have encountered the following problem From email: The from address for this message uses a domain that isn't authenticated for your organization. This can significantly lower message deliverability.

Question.

1) does the trial instance allow sending of email

2) if yes, what are the configure or criteria i need to have

    In settings (bottom left) there is a setting called "Domains" - you need to verify a domain. By default there is a dynamics domain set up for you to test with but it will need enabling.

    Hi J Tan,

    I assume you are using real-time marketing emails.

    Outbound marketing emails do not require a validation domain and can be sent directly.

    However, senders of real-time marketing emails must set up authenticated domains:

    Allowed the trial instance & follow steps

You can collect email addresses through website opt-in forms, lead generation campaigns, or by integrating with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

    Choose an Email Marketing Service Provider (ESP): Select a reputable ESP that offers dynamic email capabilities. Some popular options include Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Sendinblue, and Campaign Monitor. Consider factors like pricing, ease of use, automation features, and integrations when making your choice.

    Set up your ESP Account: Sign up for an account with your chosen ESP and configure the necessary settings. This typically involves verifying your domain, setting up email authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC), and configuring sender details to ensure your emails reach the recipients' inboxes.

    Design Dynamic Email Templates: Create visually appealing and responsive email templates that can be customized dynamically based on recipient data. Your ESP may provide drag-and-drop or code-based template editors to help you design professional-looking emails. Consider using personalization tokens to dynamically insert recipient-specific information, such as their name or purchase history.
