I want to buy licence of Dynamics 365 business central. I have many questions:
1/ What're minimum uses (Preminium, esstential, team member) of Dynamics 365 business central I should buy?.
2/ What's minimum contract time of Dynamics 365 business central I should buy?.

from 1 to many. Both on the users as the duration (months). On the licensing: you'll need the licenses that cover your needs. Probably at least 1 essential (team member too limited, premium might be overkill). As far as I know:
1) You can buy from 1 to N users
2) You pay monthly, so there's no a minimum contract time
