Null value error on migration

Hi Folks,

trying to migrate some data using kingswaysoft.  one of the fields were populating is a lookup and is set to Optional as a requirement.  we are getting an error stating that the value for this field cannot be Null

    Do you have any plugins/workflows/business rules that validate population of that field?

    Can you create a record using UI with that field that is left as blank?

    Hi smcconnell,

    I have a couple questions that will help us to resolve this issue.

    • What settings have you selected in your CRM Destination Component?
    • If you are using Text Lookup when mapping your lookup field, what Text Lookup settings have you selected?

    I think that the issue is due to problems with your settings, but I want to confirm this.
