We have been unable to import any video larger than about 10mb to our Guides. Everytime we attempt to upload a video larger than 10mb we are met with an error message that reads "An error has occured during transcoding". We have not been able to find the exact size limit where this error occurs, but it seems that it's at around 10mb. We have tried mp4 using H264 codecs so far and anything over 10mb fails with the above error message.
We have already successfully used guides for numerous other things, and our size limit for files was set to the recommended 128mb size in our setup. We are able to successfully upload 3d Models that are larger than 10mb but not video files.
Are there specific codecs or video file types we should be using? Is there a hard cap on video file sizes? If so what is it?
