Compilation issue- Ax 2012 - client crashes

Hi All,

I restored db backup from a different instance(standard with demo data ) to a new instance and imported my customizations. after this when i try to compile any form, Client crashes and the below mentioned log is in the event viewer. Has any one encountered this?

    Yes, your client is not updated with Featurepack 2012, run the Axupdate in the update folder from your Ax 2012 Feature pack installation folder.

    If KrishnaPrakashs suggestion doesn't work you can try to re-install (uninstall and install again) the Visual Studio 2008 x86 Redistributable Package. The error seems to originate from the MSVCR90.dll module.
