2022 Wave 1 Update: Mobile optimized device keyboards does not have negative key

Anyone else experience this issue on the Field Service (Dynamics) Mobile App as a result of the 2022 Wave 1 FS Update?

When entering data into numeric field on Android, the Android keyboard does not have negative key (image attached)

At this link the specific Fea Android-Keyboard-Numeric.jpg_2D00_640x480.jpg_2D00_640x480.jpg ture Detail is called “Mobile optimized device keyboards will be shown when interacting with numeric, phone, email, and URL input fields.”

Thanks in advance for sharing your experience/workaround/Microsoft response. I have a ticket with MS, but am interested to know how widespread this is.

Depending on your device, Native Mobile Inputs may not have the negative sign on the numeric keyboard.

Microsoft provided the following solutions:

Install a different keyboard to the device and make this keyboard the default

Disable the Native Mobile Input from the admin center as per Microsoft documentation: Enable/Disable Device-Native Input Keyboards
