Sales order, problem with invoice register

Hi,

I'm new to Dynamics, I have a problem when I register a customer invoice for sales orders. Everything looks fine but the posting time shows the error message that is displayed in the image ("No vouchers in the journal can be posted or checked.") and does not record the invoice.

I appreciate any help on this.

Regards,

Nelson F.

    Hi,

When you say register the invoice what did you do exactly? Did you open the sales order invoice form and try to select the post button or did you do something else?

When I open the sales order form, I select a customer, I add the item, I give quantity and price. I proceed with the previous shipment, after this I make the invoicing. When you open the form select the shipments made and then click Ok.

Hello Crispin, the process of accounting for the invoice from sales orders is not interrupted in LedgerJournalCheckPost.run () line number 122, so it does not enter at any time to carry out any process with that class.

    Hi Nelson F. ,

What selection did you / the system make when you open the invoice form?

Can you share a screenshot of the invoice form?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Nelson F. ,

From your screenprints I noticed that you have some modifications in your system.

Might they be responsible for this outcome?

Is this the first sales order that cannot be invoiced?

Can you invoice any other sales order in your system?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

The modifications made are only to show certain fields of tables related to products.

It is not possible to invoice any sales order.

In another company using the same environment and AOT does not present the problem.

    Hi Nelson F. ,

If it works in all of your other companies, can you then compare the setups made to ensure that nothing is missing especially that all ledger accounts, posting profiles, etc. are setup correctly and completely?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
