Where to view benefits chosen by employees from their self-service

  • I am researching the benefits by creating a list that should be visible in the employee´s sefl service.
  • Once these multiple benefits are available in the self service, a team member (emplyee) clicks/chooses the ones they want.

Where can I view these activities in bulk (As the HR) for review and approval? Will it show in the direct manager´s dashboard (personnel management - approvals) or it is viewable in a central page/list for the HR department to check and process (Automatic flow?)

Thank you

    Hey Farouk.

You can also select a plan by going to Benefits Management -> Benefits Plan -> Select an appropriate Plan -> Click on 'Enrolled Workers' on top left corner. This would ultimately take you to where Kamal had pointed our where you can see all employees that are enrolled in a specific plan. On that note, you would have to have a approval workflow in place to see who is waiting for an approval which i am assuming you must have already.

    Hi,

Once the employee enrollment eligibility is processed and employees are made eligible. The employee can have the eligible benefits on Employee Self Service - shopping cart experience.

From a HR perspective the overview of can be found in the Benefits management workspace>Worker benefit plans bulk update

This screen a bit tricky, if you look at the table highlighted in the screenshot below - it will display all employee and benefits combination

The HR can process the eligible employees to waive or confirm.
