How do we Remove any FA clearing from Fixed Assets Purchasing Transaction window in Microsoft Dynamics GP? We Document numbers that are still there from 2021.

Check on Lisa's suggestion, if there is no delete button, then delete them from Sql. An IT person can assist on this.

Delete from FA01400 where ASSETINDEX='Your Asset'

Make sure you do a backup of your database or table FA01400 before running the above delete query.

I realized after I sent the original reply that I think the screenshot in the original post is the Inquiry version of the window, not the Card version. It makes sense that the Inquiry window wouldn't have the Delete button. Hopefully the original poster has a version with the delete option. :)

I believe the newer version has the option to delete, like Lisa is showing. I came across that accidentally in a New Features training. :D In the older versions, you had to delete them in SQL.

What version of GP are you running? I have a Delete action in GP 18.5 when I access the window from Asset General Information > Purchase . (I am a POWERUSER.)
