Email creation from workflow work item

Hi,

        I have requirement where certain records from WorkflowWorkItemTable should not generate email notification.  In other word it should not generate any record in SysOutgoingEmailTable. I cannot do this directly in Workflow designer as I have created workitem using X++ code itself. To sum up, how and where does email notification creation takes place once the item is approved/ rejected in workflow.

    Are you talking about AX 7 or 2012 ? Because you marked you question as current version and current version is AX 7.
