"In Table Service Setup you must enter a value in the field Default Option Code"
How can I add a Default Option Code in the Service Management Setup?

First, I've created a new own option code under Vehicle - Own Options then,
Go to Service Management - Setup - Service Management Setup - Click the Default Values Tab - in the Default Option Code I select the own option I created.

I've click the "rich formatting" and paste the screenshot but when posting the message the screenshot seems cannot be read. I tried also to edit it but there a logo (something like a crack). Does rich formatting need to have a higher version of OS?

nope. are you able to use rich formatting?
screenshot is missing.
You need to click "use rich formatting" option under reply window where you are typing reply.

As per Suresh's suggestion, check the SourceTable property of that form and add a record into that table from Object Designer.
