I would like to know if in outbound 365 marketing segments there is the possibility of restricting duplicate members so that duplicate messages are not sent to contacts?
I have the same question (0)

    Hello.

Even if you have duplicate emails in Contact records in a segment, the email address will only be sent 1 email from a journey using that segment.

The only issue you will have is knowing which of the Contacts using that email address the interactions (sends, opens, clicks etc) will be linked to. Also worth noting that if you use the merge duplicates function to get rid of the duplication, the Contact with the interactions must be the record you keep. The interactions from Marketing are not included in the merge process.

    Hope this helps!

    Best regards

    Deborah
