Can anybody help me to find out the below question.
How to use .DLL file in X++ code/Axapta,

It depends on many things, most importantly what the file contains (such as if it's a .NET assembly or a native Win32 library) and what problem you have with it.
For which version?
AX supports adding Visual Studio projects to the AOT with a project type of Class library, and you may set deployment option to Server, in which case the DLL gets deployed and loaded upon AOS instance startup.
You could also add it as a .Net assembly reference as suggested above.
