Good,

I have an inconvenience.

I have some free text invoices that disappeared from the "All free text invoices" form. However, if they are in the invoice journal.

The invoices are nothing special. Some are settled, others are not.

What can be caused this?

Invoices cannot be deleted, at least not in a functional way and there is no development that has deleted them

We work with D365FO in the cloud.

Hi,

Do you use ISV Solution in billing?

In Standard, once FTI is posted, that can not be deleted in UI.

Have you recently run any script?

Check the CustInvoiceTable table and the invoices are not in the table, that is, some form filter is not due.

Everything is billed directly from the same system. No script has been run.

I was reviewing and it seems that in ax 2012 it also happened.

Todo se factura directamente desde el mismo sistema. No se ha ejecutado ningún script.

Hi kelynger,

Do you have those posted Free text invoices customer ID's? Just check customer transaction screen screen to look for those invoices.

On posted invoice delete button is disabled so from UI it cannot be deleted at least in cloud version. Can you please double check if were in posted status or not.

Which D365 platform version are you using?

Is it possible that you make some screenprints that illustrate the issue.

It is not very clear to me whether you post standard free text invoices or journals or something else.

Some screenprints and some information on the replication steps would help us.

Pero en la tabla CustInvoiceTable, que es la que alimenta al formulario de Todas las facturas de texto libre no estan.

But in the CustInvoiceTable table, which is the one that feeds the All free text invoices form.

Hi kelynger,

Note that the Free text invoices (CustInvoiceTable) is not the only feature which posts invoices and customer transactions. E.g. Sales order invoices and general ledger journal entries on a customer and providing a value in the Invoice field are also considered as invoices which are shown on the Invoice journal form.

From the invoice voucher you can go to the original document. Can you verify if they missing invoices were posted from another document then the free text invoices?
