Production Order with Released Status Not Showing in Net Requirements for Item

We have a production order for item ABC in "Released" status. When viewing the net requirements for item number ABC, sales order demand is shown and a planned production order is also shown, but the firmed and released production order is not shown. MRP has run since the creation of the order and updating master scheduling for that particular item does not change the situation. The warehouse attached to the production order and the warehouse in the net requirements screen match. What is happening here?

    The way mrp works is both complex in some ways and over-simplistic in others.

    Did you run a full regen?

    Were all users logged out during the run?
