RCS and check connection error + Want to have a step by step guide

Hello

When working in RCS and setting up the connection I get an error message when clicking on the button below for Check Connection

The error message also tells
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.
The document tree is shown below.

The+resource+principal+named+Dynamics+365+for+Finance+%+Operations+was+not+found+in+the+tenant+named+XXXXYYYYY.+This+can+happen+if+the+application+has+not+been+installed+by+the+administrator+of+the+tenant+or+consented+to+by+any+user+in+the+tenant.
You+might+have+sent+your+authentication+request+to+the+wrong+tenant.

Can anyone guide me what to take a look at more, or if the first solution is to contact the administrator of the tenant?

I am also looking for more video or blog when it comes to setup the tax calculation part in RCS. I am aware of the Tech Talk par.t'
